DESPATCH SCHEDULE
All kits are hand-packed to your chosen specification and are dispatched every Tuesday by 3:00pm (UK time).
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking email so you can follow your parcel’s journey.
If you need your dyes urgently, Please contact us at: contactdyestuff@gmail.com. We will always try to assist and talk through best options.
DELIVERY OPTIONS AND PRICES
We offer delivery options with Royal Mail and DPD.
Royal Mail 2nd Class Tracked
— any UK address
— orders up to 5kg
— £3.90 flat fee
— estimated delivery time 2-5 working days (weekdays)
DPD next weekday
— mainland UK
— £8.10 for orders up to 5kg
— £10 for orders up to 8kg
— estimated delivery time 1-2 working days
DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS
Delivery or safe place instructions can be very helpful in ensuring your property is found and the parcel is left in the best place. Please leave a note in the orders notes section at checkout or email us if you would like this to be included.
WHERE WE SHIP TO
We ship everywhere in the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and to the Isle of Man. Unfortunately we do not ship to the Channel Islands, nor do we ship internationally.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We really hope you’re happy with your dyes! But if anything is wrong with your order, please let us know straight away by email and we will do everything we can to resolve any issues.
Lost Parcels
If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number, tracking number and, if applicable, photos of the damage.
We’ll work with Royal Mail to investigate the issue, submit a claim where applicable, and arrange either a replacement or refund once the claim has been approved.
Royal Mail requires us to wait until the following investigation periods have passed before we can submit a claim:
- Royal Mail Tracked 48: 10 working days after the expected delivery date.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed: 5 working days after the guaranteed delivery date.
- International deliveries: 20 working days (Europe) or 25 working days (Rest of the World).
Please let us know as soon as you believe your parcel may be delayed so we can monitor its progress and begin the claims process as soon as it becomes eligible.
Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of both the packaging and the contents wherever possible.
